Delivery times

– Your order has been produced to order in our workshops in the south of France since 1946.
– Ressource packaging is a guarantee of quality and has been designed to guarantee optimal transport.
– Your order is sent to our carrier who will do everything possible to deliver to you within the allotted time.

All Ressource products

Paints, Lime and Plaster, Samples, Colour Charts, Tools and Brushes, Decoration: 10 working days*
Ressource has a catalogue of over 1000 shades. Each pot is tinted to order and each sample is carefully hand painted in our workshops to offer you a perfectly faithful rendering of each shade.

Ressource Wallpapers

21 working days*
Ressource Wallpapers are printed to order on natural paper without surface treatment after printing.

*As of receipt of your payment.

 

Product returns policy

– Colour charts, Tools and Brushes, Decoration:

From receipt of your products, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days to notify Ressource of your decision.

To do this, you must send the duly completed withdrawal form à support@ressource-decoration.com
From the date of sending the withdrawal form, you have a maximum period of 14 days to return the products subject to your withdrawal to Ressource .
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
You will receive your refund no later than 14 days from receipt by Ressource of your returned products.

– Paints, Lime and Plasters, Samples, Wallpapers:

Paints, Lime and Coatings and Wallpapers are made to order, based on an individual order process.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

 

Secure payment

All transactions carried out on the Ressource e-shop are secure.
Payments are made via the secure services of our payment provider Banque Populaire which guarantees the protection of your personal and payment data.
For information, only bank cards which are part of the Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / MasterCard networks are accepted.
